Terms

Using or buying from the Night Sky by miniblank site means you accept these terms.

The pieces. Every piece is printed or embroidered after you order by a production partner. Colour can vary slightly from piece to piece, and photos are for illustration.

Price and payment. Prices show in your currency where the store sells in it, otherwise in Saudi riyals, shipping included. Some larger sizes cost a little more. Orders are paid in full at purchase. The carrier may collect import tax or duties on delivery; we do not receive them.

Acceptance. An email confirms your order. If we can’t fulfil it, we cancel and refund in full.

Shipping. To the countries shown at checkout (75) under the shipping policy.

Cancelling and replacements. Cancel or change within 2 hours, before making starts. No returns for size, colour or a change of mind; damaged, faulty, wrong and lost items are put right under the replacements policy.

The designs. Trouvelot’s original drawings are in the public domain, and the star and orbit data are open. Our charts, the designs, our restorations of the drawings, and the text and images of this site belong to Night Sky by miniblank and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Privacy. Under the privacy policy.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version published when you order applies.
